Renting booth space at CCAM is an affordable way to get started in the antiques business. If you have been thinking of opening a shop of your own or exhibiting at antiques shows, start out as a mall dealer first. It's a great way to get your feelers out to see what's selling, and at what price.
How it works: We offer booth & display case space for a low monthly rent. A six month lease agreement is required.
A 6' x 8' booth rents for $150/mo or a 5' x 6' x 2' lighted locked display case rents for $100/mo. There is a $10/mo per dealer monthly advertising fund each dealer contributes to (whether you rent one space or multiples, it's just $10/mo). Also, electric is available for booths at the dealer's option at $10/mo (display cases are already lighted and there is no electric charge for display case rental). In addition, the mall collects 15% of the gross sales price of the inventory.
Each month, dealers receive a check for sold items along with a computerized sales statement.
Dealers stock, price, display & manage their own inventory. We take care of the sales and dealer payouts. Our knowledgeable, experienced, professional sales staff is here to assist you. We know our customers and are privileged to assist our premier group of antiques dealers in selling their collections.
Don't have enough to stock a booth? We can take your treasures in on consignment. You drop them off and get a check when they're sold!
